A simple Joy

A soothing melody that comforts you whenever you listen.

My mother used to hum the lullaby " NEMURE YOIKOYO."

in Japanese.

Of course, I do not remember this as a baby,

but even when I was growing up,

she sometimes sang this song unconsciously.

Schlafe, mein Prinzchen, schlaf' in

is the original title in German.

I realized I could not find the English lyrics,

so I had written for this recording.

Lullabies are not just for adults and children but for all of us, regardless of age.

They serve as gentle reminders to be mindful in our daily lives, to be present in the moment, and to appreciate the simple joys around us.
